Meet Dr. Mark Day, D.C., CSCS
Dr. Mark Day combines more than 30 years of chiropractic experience with a lifelong passion for athletics, rehabilitation, and performance training. His goal is simple: help patients move better, recover faster, and achieve their highest level of health and function.
A graduate of Eastern Brown High School, Dr. Day was a standout multi-sport athlete, earning Cincinnati Post Class A Player of the Year and All-State honors. He continued his athletic and academic career at Kenyon College, where he lettered in basketball and track while earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. He later graduated Magna Cum Laude from the National College of Chiropractic in 1991.
Dr. Day is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has completed extensive postgraduate training in Chiropractic Sports Medicine, Post-Surgical Spine Rehabilitation, and occupational health services. He also serves as a Certified Medical DOT Examiner and Certified Federal Drug Screener.
Throughout his career, Dr. Day has worked with athletes of all ages as a coach, sports performance specialist, and healthcare provider. He has coached multiple sports at the youth and varsity levels, served as a Team Physician and Sports Performance Coordinator, and helped numerous athletes advance to collegiate competition.
An active member of the Gambetta Athletic Improvement Network (GAIN), Dr. Day has collaborated with leading coaches and therapists from around the world and was a featured presenter at the 2015 GAIN Conference at Rice University.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Day has published professional articles, hosted a weekly health segment on local radio, and remained deeply involved in community wellness initiatives and athletic events throughout the region.
When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Day enjoys spending time with his wife and family, supporting his children's athletic pursuits, and working on the family's Angus cattle farm.
